KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAs)

  • Strong Leadership : Utilize BSL Core Values to train and support your team in a professional manner

    • Measured by satisfaction surveys and annual reviews

  • Manage your team : Ensure Professional Managers do quality work and meet deadlines

    • Measured by ICUs, performance reports, Data Driven Outcomes, service monitoring reports

  • Manage yourself : Do quality work and beat deadlines, Don't over-promise but instead over-deliver
  • Spearhead crisis management. The responsibility is yours.

    • Measured by EMTs, APTs, Inquiries, Investigations

    MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee the training and performance of 6-10 Professional Managers / House Managers and their teams
  • Ensure compliance with state and agency policy is being met at all times
  • Facilitate the intake / discharge process of individuals moving in / out of services
  • Ensure each worksite remains inspection-ready at all times
  • Complete monthly reports on time
  • Work in conjunction with multiple members of administration to ensure the client's medical, financial, and all other support needs are being met and tracked appropriately
  • Facilitate meetings with your team on a regular basis
  • Lead or assist Professional Managers / House Managers with preparing for monthly inspections and reviews and ensure any issues have been resolved in a timely manner
  • Provide on-call duties as directed

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-year management experience at a Professional Manager / QDDP position equivalent or above.
  • 10-year experience working with individuals with IDD within the scope of DMH waivered services
  • Obtain and maintain FA / CPR certification, Abuse / Neglect training, Level 1 Medication Aid certification, Bloodborne Pathogens, Positive Behavior Supports training, and HIPAA.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and maintain auto insurance

    • Must be able to pass Family Care Safety Registry and criminal background check
