Appraisal Coordinator
Position Summary : The Valuation & Advisory Appraisal Coordinator serves as a critical facilitator and operational partner to a dedicated group of commercial real estate appraisers. This individual will be responsible for managing the research and administrative functions necessary for the creation of the "front half" of commercial real estate appraisal reports. Core responsibilities include data gathering, local market and comparable property analysis, brief write-ups, and preparation of report templates to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. Beyond day-to-day project coordination, the Appraisal Coordinator will work closely with the team lead to develop, implement, and refine systems that enhance team efficiency, competitiveness, and overall performance. This includes identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, optimizing bidding strategies, and supporting pipeline management to improve operational effectiveness and revenue optimization.
