Mammography Specialist

Salary Range: $42.55 - $59.24 per hour

The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Position Overview:

Under the general direction of a Radiologist, performs a variety of mammographic procedures. This person
shall be capable of performing mammography procedures, using a variety of technical procedures that require
independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative.

Required:
* Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
* Current California Mammography Radiology Technology license
* Current ARRT in Mammography
* PACS experience
Preferred:
* Five (5) years of experience as Mammography Technologist
