2nd Shift General Manufacturing Manager

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for a 2nd Shift General Manufacturing Manager based out of Sunnyvale, CA.

What you'll get to do :

• Manage the Test Facility Operating Team and oversee Test Facility Operations in support of Test Campaigns and individual component testing for quality; and to maximize schedule and cost performance.
• Manage the support for all aspects and phases of Test operations from inception through completion.
• Responsible for the cost and schedule performance of Operations programs and / or subsystems of major programs in the Test areas.
• Monitors and drives adherence to master plans and schedules, cost performance to budgets. Provides cost and schedule performance data / status as requested.
• Identifies process problems and working with Manufacturing Test Engineering develops solutions.
• Directs the work of assigned Employees. Interfaces with Employee representatives as required. Conducts performance reviews with Employees and provides timely feedback on performance.
• Coordinate, maintain and track Employee Training / Certifications as required.
• Work with Manufacturing Test Engineering of the Preparation, Maintenance and Operation of the Test Facilities. Assist in facility planning, maintenance and improvements.

Primary Level Salary Range : $117,600.00 - $176,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
