A company is looking for a Sales Assistant to support its growing sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support Membership Advisors by identifying and researching prospective members and managing outreach
Conduct initial outreach to generate qualified interest and schedule conversations for Membership Advisors
Maintain accurate records within the CRM, tracking outreach activity and pipeline status
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; recent graduates encouraged to apply
0-2 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or business development role
Self-motivated and eager to grow within a performance-driven environment
Familiarity with CRM platforms or willingness to develop proficiency quickly
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
