Position summary

As a Financial Analyst you will apply technical, analytical and problem-solving skills to provide relevant, accurate and timely information for a portfolio of communities and investments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Create and analyze facility valuations, capital stacks, sources and uses documents.
• Create and analyze income statements, and other financial and operational reports to provide decision support to operations and development teams.
• Review profit and loss statements on a monthly basis with key leaders.
• Assist with annual operating budgets, forecasts, statistical reports, and cash flow projections.
• Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance. Prepare return on investment analyzes for various capital projects. Ensure integrity, accuracy, and reasonableness of financial results.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements accordingly.
