Main Responsibilities

As a Tax Senior Manager on their Business Tax team, you'll focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with their clients, primarily closely held family groups and their individual owners. In this role, you will :

• Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Provide high-level review and strategic oversight on complex tax engagements, including forms 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 1040.
• Mentor and develop Tax Managers and staff, providing technical guidance and performance feedback to help them grow into future leaders of the firm.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on complex tax issues, developing innovative solutions and staying current on evolving tax laws to provide proactive advice to clients..
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information and complete projects efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

Location : Portland - Remote flexibility for a PNW based candidate

Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
