Deductions Analyst

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable, Deductions Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve customer deductions, chargebacks, and penalties from wholesale accounts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address shipment errors and implement preventative measures

Prepare reports on deduction trends and present findings to accounting leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2+ years of experience in deductions, chargebacks, or compliance resolution roles

Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel

Experience with customer compliance and customer portals

Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or similar systems is preferred
