How You'll Contribute to Our Partner's Success

As a Sales & Logistics Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience in logistics sales coordination and customer service, you will play a key role in supporting the success of a fast-paced retail and logistics team. In this dynamic role, you’ll coordinate with retail buyers, manage purchase order flow, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and customer-first mindset will ensure our partner's operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll serve as the key liaison between stores, procurement, and logistics, ensuring purchase orders and deliveries are executed with accuracy and urgency.

• Coordinate with retail teams to manage purchase order flow and fill rates, ensuring timely and complete order fulfillment
• Track shipments and collaborate with the logistics team to monitor load status and resolve any delays or shortages
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports by collecting and analyzing order and delivery data
• Communicate proactively with store managers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates
• Utilize Excel and reporting tools to support inventory and delivery tracking, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
