This position plays a key role in our firm, providing expert legal advice on various tax-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law, estate planning, wills, and gift tax issues. Your role will involve assisting our clients with tax planning, researching tax laws, and providing counsel on complex tax issues. Provide expert legal advice on a range of tax-related matters, including income tax, estate tax, gift tax, and other relevant areas. 2. Conduct thorough research on complex tax laws and regulations to ensure our clients receive accurate and up-to-date advice. 3. Assist clients with tax planning and help them develop strategies to minimize their tax liabilities. 4. Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including wills, trusts, and estate plans. 5. Represent clients in tax disputes and negotiations with the IRS and other tax authorities. 6. Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly. 7. Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients. Qualifications 1. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a tax attorney. 3. Admission to the state bar. 4. Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations. 5. Experience in estate planning, drafting wills, and handling gift tax issues. 6. Strong research skills and the ability to interpret complex tax laws. 7.
