Northeastern Ohio, NP / PA - Oncology / Hematology Opening

• Clinical Role :

Seeking an experienced Hematology / Oncology NP or PA

Full-time negotiable schedule

On call 10 days per month

Outpatient Practice Setting

50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients

25% Hematology, 75% Oncology

2 Physicians in Practice

15-20 Patients Per Day (Outpatient)

3-5 Patients Per Day (Hospital)

EMR - EPIC

1+ year clinical experience as NP / PA in Hem / Onc-specific clinic / hospital setting (NOT including RN, training, or general practice / IM / FM experience) is REQUIRED

Board Certified NP / PA - REQUIRED

OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

Procedures : Mgmt. of VAD / CV Catheters, FNA / Biopsy, Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural / Peritoneal - REQUIRED

Duties : Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes - REQUIRED

Telemedicine is NOT an option - this is an in-person position.

Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate

Competitive base salary

3-year contract structure : Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
