Descripción del trabajoAssist in structuring new ventures to ensure tax implications are identified and addressed appropriately. Conduct research on U.S. tax matters and prepare summaries or recommendations. Collaborate with HR, finance, and external advisors on employer compliance issues. Fund Taxation Support FATCA compliance by coordinating with external trading partners and internal investor relations and operations teams. Address tax inquiries from current and prospective investors during due diligence processes. Tax Compliance Review draft tax computations from external advisors and provide feedback as needed. Liaise with auditors to ensure all tax audit matters are properly handled and deadlines are met. Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record. Demonstrated experience in fund taxation or related areas. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in asset management, investment funds, or financial services. Exposure to corporate, international, and partnership tax matters. Prior experience in tax research and technical writing.

Global hedge fund is searching for a Tax Senior. The Tax Senior will play a key role in managing tax advisory, compliance, and fund taxation activities for a growing investment-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Advisory
Support tax-related analysis for transactions, entity restructurings, and new business initiatives.
Perform investment and transaction reviews to assess tax implications, including ASC 740 analysis.
Prepare and review U.S. tax filings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
