Internship Opportunity

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Global Support Functions Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

We are currently seeking an Intern to join our US Controllers Organization within the Finance Division. The US Controllers organization is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions related to our US entities. Key responsibilities include sales accounting, providing support for Tax and Treasury functions, and delivering accounting services to various divisional financial units such as Research, Manufacturing, Sales, and Global Services, as well as assisting other groups within the Global Controllers Organization.

Specific responsibilities include :

  • Prepare detailed support analyses for balance sheet accounts, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports for the Corporate Accounting Group.
  • Process miscellaneous check receipts from initial receipt through to journal entry preparation, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
  • Utilize various financial systems to extract and analyze data in support of government reporting requirements.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance function.
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial and accounting requests as needed.
  • Actively participate in the Company's Intern Program activities and Finance Division events to foster professional development and networking.
  • Assist other groups of the Global Controllers Organization, including Consolidations and Accounting Standards.

Required Education :

  • College student with a major in Accounting.
  • Salary range : $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD

    U.S. Hybrid Work Model : Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Please note, this Hybrid work model guidance also does not apply to roles that have been designated as "remote".
