We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Field Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site residential and commercial construction jobs throughout MD / DC / VA.

Job Summary

The Construction Field Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day management of on-site construction jobs, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget and according to the expectations of the client. The Construction Field Supervisor will manage and coordinate on-site crews, subcontractors and resources to meet established goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct field operations for construction projects from onset to project completion
• Monitor job progress, provide leadership and resolve on-site issues as they arise with field crews and subcontractors
• Ensure all work meets company and client expectations
• Communicate progress and challenges effectively with management and clients
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts in a professional and timely manner
• Enforce strict adherence to all health and safety regulations
