Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Reformer and Mat Pilates. Experience with Barre, TRX, Circuit Training a plus. We have a new piece of equipment called the Fuse Ladder that is very popular in our studio. I am willing to train the right person to teach these classes as well. Having knowledge of anatomy and physiology, to effectively guide clients through their fitness journeys. As a Pilates Instructor, you will create a welcoming environment that promotes health and wellness while helping clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored instruction.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper technique and safety.

Develop customized workout programs based on individual client needs and fitness levels.

Provide guidance on anatomy and physiology to enhance clients' understanding of body mechanics during exercises.

Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction.

Stay updated on the latest trends in Pilates, fitness, and wellness to continuously improve class offerings.

Must be a team player to help create a warm and welcoming environment for all.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and class programming

Certification in Pilates instruction from an accredited organization is preferred.

Additional certifications and experience a plus

Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.

A passion for health and fitness with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings ,evenings and weekends as needed. If you are not willing to share weekend hours please do not apply.

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours : 4 - 12 per week

Schedule : Evening shift

Morning shift
