Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for cybersecurity and a flexible, global mindset? Ingram Micro is looking for a dynamic Global Practice Lead Microsoft Security to spearhead our worldwide strategy and growth across the Microsoft Security ecosystemincluding Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Purview.

This is a high-impact leadership role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts quickly to change, and enjoys building scalable, innovative solutions across diverse markets. You'll be at the forefront of shaping our global security vision, driving go-to-market initiatives, and forging strong partnerships to expand our reach and deliver exceptional value.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead and evolve the global strategy for Microsoft Security solutions
  • Design and launch go-to-market programs for security professional services
  • Act as the global alliance manager for Microsoft Security
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships to pilot and scale new offerings
  • Expand Microsoft Security capabilities across 40+ countries
  • Drive adoption, enablement, and acceleration of security solutions
  • Optimize security investments for maximum ROI and business impact
  • Align global sales strategies with regional market needs
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine strategy

What You Bring :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years in cloud technology and cybersecurity, with a focus on Microsoft Security
  • Proven success in global business development and strategic sales
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft's security ecosystem and complementary vendors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities with agility
  • Willingness to support global initiatives across the Americas, Europe, META, and Asia
  • The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $110,600.00 - $188,100.00 per year. The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties / requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
