Head of Finance / Dallas, TX / Hybrid / Up to $200,000 Plus Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance, Americas to lead the regional finance function and act as a trusted strategic partner to the Americas leadership team. This is a high-impact role with full responsibility for the regional P&L and financial operations, including commercial finance, pricing, reporting, tax, and treasury.

As a key member of the regional management team, you’ll shape strategy, drive performance, and build scalable finance processes that enable growth. You’ll manage a small but high-performing team, set clear standards for accuracy and timeliness, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the finance function across the Americas, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting under IFRS.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the regional president, providing financial insight to guide decision-making and regional strategy.
  • Drive P&L performance, including margin analysis, deal support, and customer profitability.
  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning, delivering insightful analysis and scenario modelling.
  • Manage tax and treasury operations across multiple jurisdictions, including compliance, transfer pricing, cash flow, and working capital.
  • Develop and embed scalable processes, systems, and reporting tools (including BI dashboards and KPIs).
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Commercial, Operations, HR, and IT to support regional priorities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a finance team of 2–4 people.

Desired Skills :

  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience with a strong accounting background.
  • Advanced degree in Finance, MBA or equivalent.
  • Experience in commercial finance and pricing in an international business.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS (or US GAAP), corporate taxation, and treasury.
  • Proven success driving process improvement and change management in a scaling or transforming business.
  • Strong data and systems orientation; advanced Excel and BI / ERP systems knowledge (Power BI desirable).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Experienced people leader, skilled at developing and motivating teams.
  • Package :

  • $180,000–200,000 basic salary plus performance‑based bonus
