A company is looking for a Patient Access Representative to provide exceptional customer service to patients.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients, verify demographics, and manage registration processes
Coordinate and schedule appointments, referrals, and interpreter services
Perform additional office duties including chart preparation and patient financial assistance
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary education is helpful
One year of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting
Medical terminology knowledge is helpful; customer service experience is essential
Six months of customer service experience desired
May require BLS certification for certain locations and / or settings
