Attorney (Insurance)

Top-Tier Insurance based Fund in New York City is seeking a Regulatory Attorney for a full-time position!

Responsibilities :

• Providing legal support and strategic guidance on insurance regulatory matters
• Responsible for legal research, contract oversight, regulatory monitoring, product review support, and issue resolution.
• Engage with business personnel and carrier partners to draft, submit, and obtain regulatory approval for rates on all admitted products.
• Collaborate with carriers and Product team to develop manuscript endorsements as necessary.
• Research and provide legal guidance on insurance regulatory and related issues / questions.
• Review and approve all NDAs.
