Sign on bonus up to $10K, plus daily productivity bonuses available

All Star Physical Therapy in Apple Valley, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. We pride ourselves on our family-like culture and loyal patient following, and we're seeking someone who shares our strong work ethic and passion for excellent care. In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PTA's. We are thrilled with our new AI documention software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PT's receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $1300 / month.
