Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Global Support Functions can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals. Individuals will be based in the global headquarters in Rahway NJ.

We are committed to developing future finance leaders through our Finance Future Talent internship experience a 12-week program that provides finance experience through project assignments exposure to senior leaders and networking opportunities.

Our finance team brings together our financial perspectives into our overall strategic and tactical decision making. We use state-of-the-art techniques for financial analysis planning accounting reporting and performance evaluation. This allows the organization to continue advancing medical innovation and improve lives.

Program Overview & Responsibilities

By joining the Future Talent Finance Internship Program individuals will gain an understanding of how our company is fulfilling its purpose of inventing medicines to improve peoples lives. Finance Future Talent Interns will participate in a 12-week program focused on practical hands-on experience in a Finance role which may include analyzing; forecasting reporting and analyzing operating results; operational risk management and process improvement consulting; managing currency and other financial risks; or other roles in key Finance business processes.

The 2026 summer internship program will mainly include but is not limited to the following tasks :

Support activities across the global finance team including FP&A Treasury Tax and including financial functional support.

Partner to provide strategic and financial insight on key business decisions and new initiatives.

Assist with long range strategic forecast processes systems consolidation and reporting to senior leadership.

Apply analytics to gain insights and support strategic execution.

Required Education and Experience :

Current college students enrolled in a BS in Finance Accountancy or Business Analytics preferred but all business majors may be considered (including Management Marketing or Economics). Academic curriculum focus on data analytics is preferred.

Candidates must be available to work full-time for the length of the internship experience beginning in June of 2026.

Salary range :

The salary range for this role is $39600.00-$105500.00 USD

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
