Descripción del trabajoProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical or petrochemical location. Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and / or exiting the premises. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and report any irregularities. Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or conditions that may impact the operation of the chemical or petrochemical location. Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and emergency responders as needed. Document all activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a Security Professional in High Point, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical / Petrochemical, and more.
Position Type : Part Time
Pay Rate : $14.00 / Hour
Job Schedule : DayTime Sat 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM Sun 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
