Contract Manufacturing Technician / Engineer – Natick, MA

(Potential for Permanent Hire)

Position Overview :

We are seeking hands-on, technically skilled individuals to join our manufacturing team in a contract role with the potential for permanent conversion . This is a unique opportunity to gain experience and training in the aerospace industry , working on cutting-edge propulsion systems that support next-generation space missions.

Ideal Candidates :

We welcome applicants from diverse technical backgrounds, including :

Individuals with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Candidates with strong hands-on technical skills , even without a formal degree.
Experienced technicians who have worked in manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical roles.

Key Responsibilities :

Work in a high-precision manufacturing environment assembling and testing aerospace components.

Follow detailed technical procedures to ensure quality and performance.

Learn and apply aerospace manufacturing standards and best practices .

Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace , ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
