Your Role as an LPN/LVN
Your impactful journey will involve:

• Delivering direct patient care in accordance with personalized care plans and physician orders.
• Monitoring patient behaviors, including vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
• Collaborating with Registered Nurses to communicate observations and implement patient care plans.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient milestones and achievements along the way.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Preferred: one year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
• Rehabilitation experience is a plus.
