Descripción del trabajoClinical Duties : Provide anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical procedures, including general anesthesia, blocks, and labor epidurals. Case Management : Manage approximately 180 surgical cases per month, ensuring safe and effective anesthesia care. CRNA Supervision : Oversee and collaborate with a team of experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). Shared Call : Participate in a shared call rotation to ensure continuous coverage, including nights and weekends. Board Certification : Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology. Licensure : Must have or be willing to obtain a medical license in the state of North Carolina. Experience : Experience in managing a variety of surgical cases, including general surgery, orthopedic surgery, and OB / GYN, is preferred. Malpractice Coverage : Includes comprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverage. Compensation : Competitive compensation package, with potential for additional benefits such as loan repayment, sign-on bonus, income guarantees, and residency / fellowship paid commitment stipends.
