The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and filling salaried corporate positions. Develop effective relationships with all internal teams to understand needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies for each role
Maintain an updated applicant tracking system for current and future positions
Use metrics and follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine recruiting plan efficiency
Develop talent pool pipelines for current or future roles
Manage the dynamic recruiting life cycle for each role as assigned : role development, screening, assessments, testing, interviewing, reference checking, decision making, and offers
Work in conjunction with Director of Talent and VP of HR to make sure the company’s compensation is competitive with the marketplace
Help improve the onboarding experience for all new employees and hiring managers
Bachelors degree preferred.
3 years of Recruiting / HR Generalist experience
~ Creative, strategic recruiting experience highly desirable
~ Some positions require FMCSA regulated on-going drug and alcohol testing.
