Descripción del trabajoProvide clinical leadership for utilization management, cost containment, and quality improvement programs Review complex or high-level medical cases to ensure services meet medical necessity and regulatory standards Collaborate with care management, pharmacy, and provider teams to optimize patient outcomes and streamline processes Support the Chief Medical Director in developing policies, goals, and physician education initiatives to enhance quality and cost-effectiveness Participate in physician committees, provider network development, and performance improvement efforts Analyze utilization trends, identify opportunities for efficiency, and guide providers toward evidence-based best practices Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy Active Florida Medical License Utilization Management experience and knowledge of quality accreditation standards preferred Board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Compensation : $231,900.00 - $440,500.00 / year Full-time, permanent position Monday–Friday daytime schedule 20% Annual bonus incentive Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 18 days PTO, 11 paid holidays, and additional sick time 401(k) match and Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA / FSA)
