Senior SAP Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior SAP Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for end users on SAP DIS & TMS functionality, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating solutions

Develop and maintain business process documentation and training materials to ensure consistent global practices

Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities, support enhancements, and lead testing for new functionalities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years' experience in supply chain, materials, or warehouse management roles

Proven expertise in SAP ERP DIS and familiarity with integrated TMS systems

Strong knowledge of dispatch, logistics, and warehousing processes

Experience leading training, creating documentation, and supporting global end users
