Job Description

Join our team at Domino's Pizza in Olivette, United States, as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 9620 Olive Blvd location.

  • Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
  • Process cash and credit card transactions
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  • Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed
  • Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and easy smile
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
