Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Psychotherapist based in Lehighton, PA. The Psychotherapist will engage with clients to provide counseling services, address mental health concerns, conduct individual therapy sessions, and collaborate with colleagues to design and implement personalized treatment plans. The role includes conducting assessments, developing therapeutic strategies, providing psychological therapies and fostering a supportive environment for clients to improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Psychology and Counseling to assess and treat mental health challenges
• Strong foundation in Mental Health and Relationship Counseling practices
• Knowledge of therapeutic applications of various therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships and delivering effective support
• Licensure as a psychotherapist, counselor, or related qualification is required
• Experience in clinical or therapeutic settings is highly advantageous
• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
