A company is looking for a Director, HCP Marketing Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive HCP engagement strategy aligned with brand objectives
Lead the HCP omnichannel strategy, integrating various promotional methods for maximum impact
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create promotional tools and optimize HCP engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, focusing on HCP engagement and omnichannel marketing
Experience in CNS, psychiatry, neurology, or related therapeutic areas preferred
Proven ability to develop and execute HCP engagement strategies
Strong analytical skills to leverage data and insights for marketing execution
