Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a unique opportunity with a small, family-run provider that emphasizes a naturalistic, relationship-driven approach. This position is tailored for those who want to engage with clients from early childhood through adulthood in a real-world setting rather than in a traditional clinic environment.

Our clinical practice integrates ABA principles with developmental and relationship-focused models, including the Early Start Denver Model, supported by close collaboration with RDI consultants. We believe in the power of community settings and meaningful family involvement, focusing on functional life skills that matter.
