A company is looking for a Collections Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assigned external clients
Collaborate with various departments to resolve client business concerns
Manage portfolio and reduce accounts receivable over 90 days
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years or older
3+ years of experience in billing collections
1+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a medical office or call center
Experience with QBS billing and data analysis
