RN Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details :

Deliver safe, effective and quality patient-family centered care in the operating room

Able to scrub, circulate and work in the recovery room as needed

Communicate effectively with other members of the perioperative team

Maintain high degree of confidentiality and support organizational mission, vision, and values

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required

Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Maine required

Basic Life Support Certification required

Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) required for PACU (may obtain within 6 months of hire)

Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (PALS) required for PACU (may obtain within 12 months of hire)

At least 1 year of perioperative experience required

Basic computer skills required

CNOR certification preferred
