Corporate Paralegal

Corporate ParalegalFull-Time | Onsite in Los Angeles, CA (no hybrid / remote) A luxury design and staging company known for transforming high-end residential environments is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support in-house legal operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment and enjoys being embedded within a business-not just advising it. We're looking for a paralegal with corporate in-house experience (or a mix, with a strong desire to move fully in-house). If you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves, partnering with executives, and owning projects end-to-end, you'll fit right in. Responsibilities* Draft, review, and organize contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and related documents* Support corporate governance, entity filings, and compliance matters* Maintain and track key legal documentation, deadlines, and renewals* Liaise with internal teams and external counsel as needed* Assist with real estate and leasing documents (bonus if you've worked in real estate, construction, or design industries)* Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications* Corporate in-house paralegal experience strongly preferred* Strong understanding of corporate governance, contracts, and compliance* Ability to work onsite and collaborate with multiple departments* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail* Strong communication skills and ability to interface with executives* Experience supporting a growing or multi-entity business is a plus Compensation* Competitive salary, dependent on experience* Target salary equivalent of $60,000 - $100,000 annually This opportunity offers the ability to support a highly visible creative brand while partnering closely with leadership.
