JOIN THE PVOLVE TEAM
Pvolve Darien is actively seeking passionate, dynamic Trainers to join our growing studio community.
About Pvolve
Pvolve is a science-led, low-impact fitness method that builds strength, improves mobility, and enhances posture—without stressing the joints. Our functional movement approach mimics how the body naturally moves in daily life, helping clients feel stronger, more balanced, and pain-free both inside and outside the studio.
Pvolve is designed for people who want to sculpt their bodies, support longevity, and stay active without burnout or injury.
The Role
We are looking for engaging, high-energy Trainers to deliver intentional, results-driven group fitness classes aligned with the Pvolve Method. As a Trainer, you are the face of the studio experience—leading high-quality classes while fostering connection, confidence, and long-term member success.
This role is ideal for individuals with group fitness experience, a strong understanding of body mechanics, and a genuine passion for helping others feel their best in a premium, boutique studio setting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week
- Successfully complete Pvolve’s 100-hour certification program (compensation included)
- Deliver exceptional, personalized class experiences that embody the Pvolve Method
- Greet members before class and assess individual needs, offering appropriate modifications and progressions
- Support members post-class with guidance on memberships, scheduling, and studio offerings
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating studio environment that drives engagement and retention
- Prioritize safety, proper form, and mindful movement at all times
- Attend regular trainer meetings and ongoing education sessions
- Contribute to brand awareness through community events, social media, and local outreach
