Pharmacy Performance Analytics Manager

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Performance Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Expand and maintain KPI metrics dashboards for senior leadership reporting on pharmacy business performance

Leverage internal and external data sources to identify drivers and areas of opportunity in performance metrics

Develop strategic relationships across Aetna lines of business to enhance understanding of KPI performance

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or data-driven roles within healthcare

Experience in SAS, SQL, and GCP with the ability to write code for data manipulation

Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel

Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Experience with large and detailed data sets
