Financial Transformation Leader
Lead financial transformation projects. Partner with cross-functional teams. Lead process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain process for improvement. Create and enhance standard operating procedures while mitigating process risks. Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance, trend, and root-cause analysis. Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities. Manage ad-hoc financial projects as directed by senior leadership. Deliver timely, accurate, and thorough responses to internal and external requests. React productively to change and perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required) CPA designation or active CPA candidate (preferred) 23 years of progressively responsible corporate accounting experience (public accounting a plus) Experience in retail, hospitality, or convenience store industries is a plus Proven track record of process improvement and project management Proficiency in Alteryx, Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, OneStream, and other BI tools Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and analysis Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
