As Atlas Energy Solutions' Dredge Master, you will be at the helm of our dredging operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible extraction of sand resources. You will lead a team of operators and technicians, oversee daily dredging activities, and maintain compliance with operational and safety standards. This is a critical leadership role that supports our mission to deliver high-quality proppant solutions to the energy sector.

Responsibilities :

• Direct daily dredging operations, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to project timelines.
• Supervise and mentor dredge crew members, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and maintain dredging equipment, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Implement best practices to minimize environmental impact and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports on production, equipment status, and safety incidents.
• Collaborate with site managers, logistics teams, and engineering staff to align dredging activities with broader operational goals.
