We are seeking a Weekend Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Primary Health Care Clinic in Brooklyn. This role is ideal for an NP looking for weekend-only work, flexible scheduling, and an outpatient setting with extended hours. Shifts can be customized within clinic hours (up to 11:00 PM).
Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license — required
National NP certification (FNP, Adult, or related specialty)
Experience in primary care, urgent care, or outpatient settings preferred
Strong clinical judgment and time-management skills
Ability to work independently with physician support available
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Conduct patient assessments and evaluations
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications per NY State regulations
Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care
Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff
$70/hour compensation
Flexible weekend scheduling (clinic open until 11 pm)
