Bilingual Lead Teacher

_Lead Teacher - Bilingual Spanish / English_Rayito de Sol Spanish Immersion Early Learning Center is looking for a passionate and committed bilingual (Spanish / English) professional to be a Teacher for the Toddler classroom. Potential candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, reliable, and able to lead in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.

• PRIMARY DUTIES
• Responsible for the care, hygiene, learning, and development activities, specialized programs, and sanctioned discipline of the children. Maintain classroom records, cleanliness, and orderliness
• Implementing established curriculum and ensuring that the programs meet the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of both the individuals in their class, as well as the group as a whole
• Developing a students general comprehension and understanding of the Spanish language and Hispanic culture, as well as teaching general age-appropriate concepts and skills in an environment that is nurturing, safe, and respectful
• QUALIFICATIONS
• Spanish and English Verbal Communication Skills required
• Minimum of Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential and / or 16 college credits in education or related field required.
• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Education or related field, preferred
• Previous Childcare teaching experience, preferred
• Ability to sustain a high level of energy, excel in a continuously changing, competitive environment
• Current First-Aid and CPR certification
