Join Our Team as a Fitness Trainer! (No kickboxing experience required)

We're more of a "people" business than a "fitness" business. In other words, we strive to create and maintain an inviting and exciting fitness community within our studio, one relationship at a time. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has fantastic interpersonal skills, loves to talk to people, and has a passion for health and wellness.

NO kickboxing experience is required for this position! If you don't meet all of our bullet points, please feel free to apply, regardless. Some of our best employees come from unexpected backgrounds.

Working hours for this role: 1-5 days per week, 8:00AM - 12:00PM... We're flexible, and can probably work with your availability!

What you'll get:

Primary Duties

• Greeting members with energy and enthusiasm as they come into the studio.
• Providing personal attention to all members, while building and maintaining relationships.
• Proficiently explaining and demonstrating the exercises for each part of the Daily Workout, which include kickboxing, weighted, and functional exercises.
• Motivating and encouraging members to reach their fitness goals.
• Understanding our PULSE heart rate technology.
• Maintaining an excellent level of customer service.
• Cleaning and tidying the facility, including the workout space, administrative and lobby area, and bathroom/changing room.
