Posting Details Business Title Senior Admissions Counselor, Arts Posting Category Salary Grade 04 Salary Plan Professional Staff - SEIU Hiring Range /Pay Rate Department Admissions Office Department Description Position Location Main Campus FTE 1.0 Job Summary Serves as a member of the Admissions recruitment team, with responsibility for coordinating student recruitment for the CSU Arts Campus and associated art, dance and theatre programs and the School of Film and Media, (SFM) in order to meet enrollment goals for Cleveland State University. Communicates daily and builds relationships with prospective students, parents, and high school and community college counselors. Coordinates selected correspondence, plans and executes on- and off-campus programs, represents the University at college fairs, performing arts and community events, community colleges, portfolio review days, workshops and related events; manages associated travel schedule. Informs prospective students and parents on University admissions policies and procedures. Maintains records and prepares and hoc and periodic reports as required. Works a flexible schedule including travel off-campus, evenings and weekends. Interacts professionally with all internal and external customers using strong interpersonal skills.
