Partnerships Sales Intern

Job Summary : The ideal candidate will gain valuable experience in the day-to-day operations of Partnerships Sales at T-Mobile Center, Kansas City's downtown arena. The candidate will assist in planning, execution, activation, service and fulfillment activities in support of maximizing revenue and achieving business objectives while creating unforgettable moments for clients and guests through the power of live entertainment.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with long-term initiatives and day-to-day responsibilities in support of Partnerships and Premium Sales and Activation
• Support Sales & Activation teams in a variety of areas, including event planning, client-facing interaction, service, hospitality, reporting, special projects and direct sales as assigned
• Prepare, execute and actively participate in departmental and client meetings
• Assist with preparation, execution, evaluation and reporting related to client activation and event-related activities as directed
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and promotional ideas, including identifying trends and future opportunities
• Prepare pitch and other marketing materials as needed, including post-event recaps for partners (sponsorship ROI and measurement)
• Identify potential leads and opportunities for strategic alignment with prospective brands and clients
• Support day-to-day sales operations, including scheduling, pipeline activity & reporting
• Collaborate on multiple cross-functional projects to help identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders
• Assist with daily processes and other long-term projects as assigned
