Kentucky Licensed Telehealth Counselor

A company is looking for a Remote / Telehealth Counselor to support patients in an integrated care setting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments and ongoing patient care

Provide counseling and patient education using evidence-based practices

Ensure treatment program accountability and assist patients in setting realistic goals for addiction recovery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Master's Degree in a human services field related to substance use disorders

Minimum of 1 year of full-time employment or internship in a human-services setting

Valid license such as CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, or LCADC
