Descripción del trabajoDiagnosing and treating common and chronic illnesses Assisting with health promotion and disease prevention Patient education and counseling Prescribing medications and treatments Making home / hospital visits to clients and / or taking calls Participating in special projects and committees Performing other duties, as needed 2+ years of related Nursing experience with at least one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Nursing Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification & registration Certified or eligible for certification by recognized specialty organization

About the Opportunity :
- Schedule : Monday to Friday (one weekend day per month)
