Project Manager - Light Industrial General Contractor

Descripción del trabajoDevelop project schedules, budgets, and detailed work plans to ensure timely delivery. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all project sites. Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders. Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle to minimize disruptions. Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and outcomes. 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction A solid understanding of construction management principles and practices. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Proficiency in project management software and tools - MS Project, Autodesk, BuildingConnected A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Public improvement work : road widening, bridges, utilities, traffic lights. Someone who is competent with the processes and procedures working with local jurisdictions and public utility companies Base salary ranging from $122,000 to $157,000 , depending on experience. 401K plan with a 3% company match. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. Company-provided phone for work purposes. Three weeks of paid time off annually. Discretionary semi-annual bonuses based on performance.
