Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products pricing and delivery schedules.Generate timely and accurate quotes on industrial hardware / fasteners (i.e. source pricing and lead time) with appropriate follow-up with customers.Process customer purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner through various sales channels (email phone e-commerce).Work directly with assigned customers providing timely appropriate and accurate responses to requests and inquiries.Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts (pricing delivery quality issues).Identify and recommend innovative solutions based on the customers needs.Act as the primary contact for assigned key accounts delivering exceptional customer service and responsiveness.Perform other duties that may be assigned.Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales or account management experience required.Minimum of 2 years in the distribution / fastener / electronic hardware industry is preferred.Ability to handle a high volume of inbound requests from prospective and existing customers.Exceptional time management skills.Experience working with Epicor Prophet 21 or similar distribution ERP system preferred.High School Diploma or GED required secondary degree preferred.Required Experience :
