Job Title : Locum Tenens - Family Medicine NP / PA

Position Overview : Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Family Medicine NP / PA to join our Medical Center on an ongoing Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of December 2025. The role involves scheduled clinical hours only, seeing an average of eighteen (18) patients per shift in an outpatient setting. Come join us in providing quality care to our community!

Requirements

• Board Eligible
• Licensed in California State
• BLS Certification Required
• No Additional Certifications are Required
• Fellowship Status Preferred
• EPIC Preferred
