Descripción del trabajoManage the entire recruitment process for clinical roles from intake to offer Screen and present top candidates aligned with role requirements and company culture Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and hiring plans Source candidates through various platforms including job boards and social media Advise leadership on hiring strategies and provide updates on recruiting progress 5–8 years of clinical recruiting experience (in-house or retained search firm) Proven success in recruiting Nurse Practitioners and licensed clinical professionals Proficient in sourcing tools Strong communication and relationship-building skills Bachelor's degree Organized and able to manage multiple roles across different states Comfortable working remotely and independently
